E H Humphries Norton Ltd commenced works this February working alongside our valued client M&O Building Contractors Ltd.
Our works are to install electrical services for a new Siemens Healthineers Angiography ARTIS ICONO BI PLANE scanner.
Works include Electrical connections to the Scanner associated Mechanical equipment, IPS UPS systems, alterations to fire alarm nurse call and the provision of new lighting and general power.
The Siemens Healthineers Angiography ARTIS ICONO BI PLANE scanner is a state-of-the-art angiography system that can perform a wide range of procedures in interventional radiology, neuro interventions, cardiovascular care, and surgery. It has detectors optimized for integrated use in the cath lab, and offers excellent image quality at a low radiation dose. It also has features that simplify clinical workflows, such as angio-derived vFFR for assessing stenosis relevance, and artifact reduction for electromapping of the heart.
The scanner will be sited next to IR lab 1 (pictured) of which we installed in 2022.
Works are due to complete August 2024.
