E H Humphries is excited to announce the commencement of a new project at North Warwickshire and South Leicester College, working for their sister company Tudorworth Properties.
North Warwickshire and South Leicester College is one of the largest and most successful further education colleges in the Midlands.
Working for the client Midland Academies Trust, the project comprises of the refurbishment and re-configuration of various spaces to form the new nursery within the new Inspire Centre. When complete the Nursery will consist of three large rooms for the baby and toddler areas, toilets and washrooms as well as a new fenced play area.
The electrical and mechanical summer works commence early July with completion due 21st August 2023.
Project Manager Mark Ellis commented
“E H Humphries are working closely with the College, architect and the main contractor Tudorworth to develop a new Nursey and flexible teaching area. During the summer recess, we are adapting and extending existing services both Mechanically and Electrically. In addition new ventilation, heating, lighting, local socket outlets and fire alarm systems will be installed to ensure a compliant space when students return in September.”
